Knock and recoil on hard acceleration/regen? What part? 23 Model 3 RWD

Replaced and retightened end link and sway bar, fully swapped compliance arm and same noise occurs. Sometimes left and right turning but it has to be a super hard jerk of a turn. Thoughts? Bushings on upper/lower control arm + compliance link are good. No tears. Happens in passenger footwell when inside cabin.
