I live near Baltimore and all the choices near me are child casinos like Main Event or bars. Is there anything good within a reasonable distance?

I went to a special event and drank half a cocktail before I remembered I just started lamisil. The cocktail was fairly weak, and I only started taking lamisil on Monday. I don't feel any problems yet... do I need to worry, watch my symptoms, or rush to an ER?
