Hi all! I’m hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of this. I have had a LR4 for about two years. I added in a second cat six months ago. About 2-3 months ago I started noticing a gross smell when it is actively cycling. I notice the smell all the time so when the drawer or almost full or when I just recently cleaned it. I can’t even describe the smell but it isn’t urine or feces. I took apart the unit and did a deep clean. There was no urine that has pooled anywhere that i could see. That seemed to help slightly but not much. I’ve changed litter types also. Otherwise it doesn’t smell

Does anyone know what these classes are about in the August schedule? I’m not a runner and will never run (unless someone bad is chasing me) but it’s the time and coach that I usually go to.

Hi! Newbie here to spray tanning. I’m very pale and overall splotchy looking. I got my first spray tan and I didn’t want to look unnatural so I asked for a subtle healthy glow. I’m wondering if I didn’t ask for the right thing or if my expectations aren’t aligning because I don’t think I look any different. For frame of reference, I don’t have any tan line from my underwear.

I went to a spray tan artist and got a rapid. I did not have on any lotions. When I did the rinse, no color came off me with the water.

Heavy squats into bungee into assisted split squat into Bulgarian. I had to sit in my car for ten minutes before I was done shaking enough to be able to drive home. Holy cow today!

I always use the stability pole for cross over carriage lunges but I can do regular carriage lunges without it; however, I feel like I get deeper into the muscle when I take balance out of the equation. I was wondering if there is any benefit to working on the balance and doing it without or if I should just automatically grab it for all carriage lunges.
