Rusting raised beds -- safe to use for vegetables?

I have some rust developing in my metal raised garden beds and want to confirm with you experts that this won't be toxic or otherwise dangerous. They are about four years old and were purchased from metalgardenbeds.com. I think they are galvanized steel. I know rust is not a problem itself but would the zinc leaching into the soil/being absorbed by the plants pose any risks? Just trying to educate myself, especially because my four-year-old son eats a lot of the produce we grow.

A wave from El Salvador last week

I'm a landlocked surfer who started a few years ago, surfing 6-7 weeks a year on trips, pretty much always to El Salvador. Last week was a lot of fun, especially before the big swell came (though I did manage to get a couple waves when it was 8-10', which wss rewarding but also exhausting). I know I have lots of keep working on, as you can see here, but I've been having a ton of fun as I progress.
