[Schematic Review Request] ESP32 Ethernet Circuit

Hey,

I designed a circuit board using an ESP32, it is designed to be an audio player with Ethernet support. I am currently having issues with the W5500 Ethernet chip overheating, and I cant figure out why. I copied the datasheet for the design. I already addressed the 3.3v power issue (I had a 3.3v net and a +3V3 net that weren't connected).

Does anyone have any tips on how to improve this circuit?

Thanks!

Where to find aluminum?

Hey everyone,

I am getting into the hobby and I am looking around for some 6061 aluminum drops to use but I can’t seem to find any cheap suppliers near me (Hartford Connecticut).

I’d rather not ship becuase of shipping costs. Does anyone know what type of companies sell this stuff? Any company I look at locally seems to only sell to large businesses.

Thanks!

LumenPNP pick and place machine

Hello everyone,

I am looking to purchase a lumenpnp machine for assembling small circuit boards. Does anyone have experience with this specific machine? I’ve heard mixed feelings about these lower cost pick and place machines.

I am looking to use it for prototyping and small batch production eventually.

Thank you!

Rigging Consultant In Connecticut

Good morning,

I am working on hanging an LED wall in the venue I work at, and I am looking for a consultant to help design a way to rig it. I already have the LED panels, and I do have a structural engineer who rated the building to hold the weight.

All the companies I reached out to seem to only install new walls. Does anyone know any consultants?

Thanks,

Ground stacking heavy touring LED wall panels

Hey everyone,

I recently was able to purchase an 8mm led wall, it came on touring carts and they have heavy steel bases. It came with fly bars, but I would like to ground stack it. I know ground supports exist but all the photos I’ve seen are using lighter thinner panels. Does anyone know how I could safely stack these? The model is Galaxia Winvision 8HD. I’ve included a photo for reference.
