So, we disregard quantitative values, right? Give me hope

My E3G outside of the fertile window is always SO low. Like, 40-75 in the luteal phase. Then, 60-80 until my body starts preparing for ovulation, then it gets over 100. And I’m in my 20s!!

Weirdly, I am producing so much watery CM the last two days and my E3G measurement this morning was 40. I expected it to be at least 100 given the CM. To me, that means something must be working correctly.

On another note, my PdG typically looks good but it also dropped today, yet my temperature rose again? And I know I’m temping right because I have a temp drop that has years of my data to support the algorithm it uses.

Has anyone had real testing done and realized Mira is very wrong about quantitative values for them? I wonder if I just metabolize hormones in a way that makes it harder to detect in urine? Someone give me hope 😩

Estrogen peak day after LH peak (sigh)

Why is it always something each month 😂 and never the same thing 😂 thrown off by my estrogen and pdg peaking the day after LH and FSH…. Anyone ever seen this before? Thoughts? Maybe I should watch out for a failed peak?

What even is a heavy period

I’ve really thought I had very heavy periods my whole life so I feel like I have no concept here. I bled through super plus tampons in middle school. And I had a paraguard in college, so it was extremely heavy. Now that I’m an adult off birth control trying to have a baby, my period is very short. It’s 3 days, the first day being what I consider very heavy bleeding for about 6-8 hours. During that time I can’t even use tampons, not even an ultra tampon will work for more than 1.5-2 hours. It’s heavy the rest of the day but not like those first 6-8 hours. However, after that, it’s normal - light the second day (regular tampon I can go 6-8 hours without changing), and very light or spotting the third day (light tampons for full 8 hours).

I had never been concerned about it until I started using mira to track my cycle and my estrogen is a bit low. Then, I saw a new obgyn who I asked about my period flow and she was concerned my endometrial lining was thin. She almost pulled me back for an ultrasound while I was there. The obgyn I saw prior to her was more concerned that it was too heavy the first day, if anything.

Is this really that light in terms of total flow? Should I get checked out to see if I have a thin lining? Or did the obgyn maybe not know what an ultra tampon was when I was describing the flow to her 😂

Need to whine about my troll cycle

Just having the ultimate troll cycle. First comes the weird double peak, I can deal. Fine. It seems I ultimately ovulate on day 13 which is a day earlier than usual. Second comes the most beautiful pdg rise I’ve ever had, I’m ecstatic. Third comes decent luteal estrogen levels, which is a rarity for me, and I love that for me. Fourth comes the weirdest delayed temp rise, like four days late, but does eventually rise a lot. Feeling good.

I obviously cave and test on what I think is 11 DPO (CD 24) and get the worst FRER and easy @ home indents ever. Cue me spiraling, testing 5 million times out of confusion. My luteal is always 12 days so I expect AF on day 25. Doesn’t come. But on CD 25, I start cramping, getting headaches, and feeling a bit nauseous - all very unusual for me before AF comes. Still 0 signs of AF. But, test lines don’t get darker. Seems I have a whole pack of particularly bad FRER indents.

Now day 26, wake up with a pretty bad headache and a bit nauseous. Again, very unusual for me. Im happy to see my temp rose again, so I get my hopes up. Test is negative except for a stupid indent. No signs of AF which usually starts pretty aggressively. Pdg is dropped but staying around 5 instead of dropping further, also weird for me. The world is trolling me. END RANT!!!!!!!

Weird double peak chart

Want other opinions. When did I ovulate? I would write off the first peak completely but the accompanying FSH surge confused me. My FSH is low unless I’m ovulating. But while these pdg values are low, they usually don’t even get to 3.5/4 unless I have ovulated already. All around strange. Secondary reason I’m wondering at all is because my sex drive spiked yesterday suspiciously and now my low back/hips are cramping. Just all around weird
