Belly bands

For those that worked out during pregnancy or just felt like they needed more support, what kind of belly support did you use?

Currently 27 weeks with #2 and I feel like I need something.

▲ 3 r/Moms

My baby turns one tomorrow and I’m just sitting here reflecting on my first year as a mom, but it’s being overshadowed by my own struggling relationship with my mom.

I’ll spare you the details, but since I got married my relationship with my mom has been struggling. The first thing she said to me on my wedding day was “are you sure you want to do this?”, she came to stay with us and watch baby after I went back to work and on her last day she said she and my dad were never coming back (bc of my husband and a situation she completely misunderstood but won’t hear that she is wrong). I FaceTime her and my dad once or twice a week, but they’ve only called me three times in the last 8 months.

I really am struggling. I grew up a total people pleaser, watching my brother break all the rules and get yelled at a lot, I learned to do as I was told and stay quiet. So now I still have a hard time sharing, especially with my parents, my true self, but they don’t seem to get that. they think they know me so well and when I speak my mind and they disagree with me “I’ve changed so much and not for the better”.

I’m just sad.

Has anyone ever moved states and taken their nanny with them? Would love feedback from families and Nannie’s alike on what that was like. pros, cons, everything.
