this regice gold star scored a 10, with only 59 in existence and ive seen psa 7s of this card in better condition. the back of the card has so many imperfections and a missing bit in the bottom right. its shocking this got higher than a psa 8

guys im new to roblox sorry if these are dumb questions but what does it mean by 30% tax, if i buy 1000 for example do i lose 30%? and what is a gamepass and how do i create one. tysm for the help!
