Great pump on back/upper today!
Bench, barbell rows, incline chest, bicep curls, lateral raises and lots of grip strength. Felt good for the first time in awhile!

Posted on another subreddit but wanted your guys’ advice as well on what to work on. I definitely see the weakness in my lats but please be as nit picky as possible! Thank you.
Starting to be a little happier with my progress and wanted to share. Any advice is appreciated!
Did about 6 months of heavy cardio and cutting, any advice on areas to work on next as I bulk up? Any advice is appreciated thank you.
