[USA] Master's in Psychology with emphasis in I/O, plus graduate certificate

Hi everyone! I'm currently looking at enrolling in the Arizona State Master's Program for Psychology with an emphasis in I/O and getting a graduate certificate in organizational leadership, both fully online. My bachelor's will be in psychology, with a minor in sociology. I wouldn't be starting until Fall 2027, so I'm just trying to get a general idea right now.

Does anyone have experience in either of these programs? Were the 7.5-week terms for classes manageable while working full or part-time? If you've finished either of the programs (at or not at ASU), how was the job market? I would be looking in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA area. TIA! (crossposted on other subreddits)
