Is there a policy in Starbucks somewhere that says Shift Supervisors cannot be friends with baristas/anyone they are supervising?
Or is it just heavily frowned upon?
I received a talking to about it today and that I’m no longer allowed to discuss my plans of what I do outside of work, at work. ( Edit: I’m a homebody all I do is ASU school, chill at home with my cat and maybe on the occasion go out of town)
Next summer (2027) I’ll be going out of state for college for roughly 2 weeks. My originally intentions were to leave my cat at home and just have a few ppl come by and check on him every now and then and take care of him.
But the more I think on it the more I want to take him with me. So I’m just seeking advice from those who have taken long travels with their cat and how you go about it.
I’ll be driving 13 hours straight to my destination so we will be in the car mostly. I want to make him as comfortable as possible if I am to take him with me. He is registered as an emotional support animal for me due to my anxiety so I feel him coming along puts me at some peace.
I also have intentions of harness training him to make this easier for myself.
