I had some Dick’s Sporting Goods gift cards so I decided to buy a new driver. I went with the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke MAX Driver, 10.5 loft with the Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue 55 graphite shaft. I received the driver today and it was clearly used with a large chip on the face. I called their customer service and they were less than helpful. I would have been fine returning this club for an undamaged club but they no longer have any in stock. What is my best course of action since I cannot get an exchange for the same driver and shaft, they clearly sold me a used club.
