I’ve been using the Musely Spot cream for 30 days and I feel it’s getting worse. How long does it take for it to work?

I have pregnancy induced melasma, my derm gave me Tretionin 0.025 and it was irritating my skin and not working so I stopped using it. Since my derm doesn’t have appointments available for months I decided to give Musely’s Spot cream a try based on the good reviews and before and after photos. Although the dermatologist that comes with the plan for free consultations has been very responsive , I wanted to get some other opinions from past users of the cream. Do you see yours spots get darker before they start fading ?
