So I'm 3 weeks post op my nose is open but inside I still have crusts and secretions and doctor said healing takes 4-6 weeks so anybody here that was able to breathe thru the nose bu tit kinda felt blocked and no airflow sensation on 3rd week due to crusts and secretions and the healing taking place.
Yesterday I went outside and felt my nose was little blocked and started monitoring my breathing leading me to feeling a little suffocation. But then I came back home played games and even slept properly. Today morning I woke up and I feel my nose is blocked from inside like my outer nose feels open but inside it feels blocked. Even tho in cold room i can feel the coolness inside my nose, I'm scared I have got ens. I did turbinate reduction by coblation and posterior nasal nurectomy.
Hey guys I'm 20 days post op and idk but I have started feeling my airflow in my nose or focusing too much on breathing idk that I feel suffocated or panicky. Will this go away by itself in some time or what?
I just got septoplasty and turbinoplasty. I'm having ear crackling. I also get kindof ear pressure/pain. And also head pain/pressure. ☹️☹️

Used to smoke/vape stopped completely after 3-4 months
So I got sinus infections and reoocurent colds after i stopped smoking and acid reflux as well, so after some time my nasal blockage and headaches become chronic(never had headaches like very very rarely before this sinus issue). I got ct scan got to know my sinus were empty but turbinate hypertrophy and little left septum spur and concha bullosa. So i just want to know WHAT is the cause for my headaches tbh. I used flomist and montair and while on them mostly I don't think I got headaches and as I stopped them I started getting them if I remember. I just got septoplasty and turbinoplasty and have these headaches still but I'm 14 days post op. Just wanted to know wld these fix my headache? REALLY WANT TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF MY HEADACHE AND HOW TO FIX IT, IM REALLY DONE W THESE.

Just had these done for my enlarged turbinates. I had sinus infection after which my turbinates didn't get small again so I had to get these done. What are the chances that my turbinates grow back again. THE PROCESS USED for turbinates REDUCITON was COBLATION. I never had any issues before this sinus infection, don't have any allergies also.
I used to play 7-8 hrs sitting on my gaming chair and started feeling my back muscles and neck to pain and getting tightness in them, can that be causing me my new headaches in forehead and around eyes? WHAT SHLD I DO, HOW TO CURE.
I'm getting headaches/head heaviness after septoplasty turbinoplasty. Tho I think I was not sleeping enough and very late also I feel this sleepy tired feeling all day+I have a lot of screen time. Any ideas what cld be causing this. I'm 10 day post op
Like rn I'm in recovery period after my turbinate reduction which was done by cobulation process.
What did you all feel when you were recovering before you were sure you got ens? Was the recovery period somewhat different for you? What shld i feel if I have to get ens?
