Random blood pressure drops

Has anyone else had issues with blood pressure. I’ve always gone into anaphylaxis with a few blood pressure drops to 72 and 60 but always had the vomitting, flushing and other symptoms first. The other day I woke up, stood up and was super dizzy that last ages. Felt tiny bit nauseous but was t sure if I was having a reaction. BP dropped to 96/60 took my epi as per my plan. Lucky I did as an hour later feet and hands went cold and yellow, throat pressure, nausea again and more adrenaline edit Bp trended down to 89 was unstable and spent the night in ICU. Hospital said was anaphylactoid as no trigger, just woke up. Now I get scared if I get dizzy which now I ALOT and no idea what my body has decided to do.

Can’t identify triggers

Having a hard time identifying triggers keen to hear if anyone else has. Fruits use to give me flares and some anaphylactic reactions with BP drops but I can eat those fruits now. I might still get mild flares but have not had a food that consistently sets off my anaphylaxis.

It’s very difficult as I don’t know what to avoid cause I seem to tolerate food with minor flares then one day I won’t. Allergist seems to think other cofactors are in place and it’s not just food.

Makes it very hard to avoid things as my last reaction was in the morning and I had not had anything to eat or drink.

Could it me MCAS?

Allergist finally looking into mast cells. Spent last night in ICU as I woke up got really dizzy, pressure in throat facial swelling and no going from 114/66 to 89/55.
Have a history of anaphylaxis but do t know what causes it. Since I just woke up and had eaten anything got no idea what’s happening.
