Has anyone received the result????

I saw two people who received the self-funded offer, even though I was ranked 601st for the scholarship. I still have faith that I will receive an offer hahah

Hi everyone!
I just received the results for my application to the Master's course in Global Studies (EMGS), and I’m trying to realistic about my chances of getting an admission offer as a self-funded student.
They told me my application was ranked 601 out of 1800.
Obviously, the scholarship is out of the picture, but do you think I have a realistic chance of being offered a self-funded spot?????

eu tenho 25 anos, moro com meus pais, sou pós graduada, tenho bastante experiência mas infelizmente meu atual emprego só me paga 2.200 por mês + 1k de alimentação, eu to muito cansada, saio de casa 6 da manha e só chego 22 (por causa do transporte) pra ganhar só isso, trabalho em um dos ministérios aqui em Brasilia.

recentemente eu me inscrevi em uma capacitação na china e outra na suíça, os dois programas sao na minha area e tem a duração de 1 mês com tudo pago, no meu lugar vcs largariam o emprego pra ir?????

I’m 25, from Brazil, and I’m currently at a breaking point with this whole application process. I just got my final results and it feels like a total defeat. I was rejected by GKS and Yenching Academy, and while I did get offers from the University of Bristol and two Erasmus programs (IMSISS and EMGS), they are all self-funded.

I don’t have any way to pay for a master's abroad on my own, so these offers feel like a cruel joke. I’m honestly feeling so incapable right now. I keep thinking that if I were actually good enough or if my profile was truly "elite," I would have secured the funding. It’s devastating to see the dream right there in front of you but have the door stay locked because of money.

I’m really torn between just accepting that this isn't for me and moving on, or trying to find the energy to go through this whole cycle one more time next year. Has anyone else been stuck in this limbo of being accepted but unfunded? Did you try again and actually land a scholarship later, or is it better to just face reality and stop trying? I’m completely lost and could really use some perspective.
