I have stashed up almost 300k points and I decided I want to spend them.
My current level is Gold but former Diamond member for 4 years in a row.
I used two hours today to try to book two trips with bonuspoints in July or at least scout if anything was possible. I don't care if it is SAS or a partner flight.
First trip was easy going from AAL to CPH - issue is that 90% of those trips were about 8x the regular fixed 5000 points price. So I sort of gave up on that.
Then I was also looking to see if there was any sort of flight to a warm location in July.
I was looking at 10 destinations. But the website is so poorly designed that you have to "hard check" every single location for every single travel date. Meaning essentially if I just want to find a trip in July to where ever warm 10 destinations included I'll have to look at 300 different slides to see point pricings.
When I am done looking at those 300 slides then I have to go to the SAS partner section and look through an additional 300 slides to price compare things.
I mean who designed this website? Why is there no function where you can just click "departing airport" - ANY LOCATION - In this date period - sort by point prices and a "click off" box to include SAS partners.
So in fustration I tried talking to them in the SAS support chat.
First I had to go through the AI - then I got forwarded to a chat agent who then forwarded me to another chat agent who said that I had to contact them either on phone or email.
I wrote an email to SAS gold support and you won't believe it...
"Thanks for contacting SAS support. If you email has any questions regarding booking a trip then we won't respond and you'll have to contact us on the phone"

My last 5 matches has been with obvious smurfs on my team with 2-500 matches. Usually it is me who gets smurfed against so I appreciate it the MMR but lets be real.. This is getting out of line.
OD - Drow - Tinker - Marci - Snapfire. I have never ever seen a drow with this sort of farm. Powerthreads + Hurricane pike + Butterfly + Daedalus and shard in 25 mins.
