So to summarize I had signed up for total max byo plan 2-3 weeks ago for 135 with auto pay for 5 lines. I was talking to a customer service rep and he said if I upgrade to the total all access plan I’ll pay 140 with autopay. I told him that I thought it was 145 with autopay and he said he’s giving me a special promotion so I said sure and my next bill now is 145 with autopay instead of the 140 he promised me. I tried contacting customer service again and they don’t want to honor the price or stop my plan from changing so I can keep my total max byo plan this upcoming billing statement lol. I have screenshots of the whole conversation too. I don’t know what to do now lol.

Hi! I’m looking to switch to one of these and I was wondering what your experience is with these plans or these companies in Cicero or around the area at least.
