Insulating sunroom floor

Bought a house 2 years ago. The sunroom has a 3-4ft tall crawl space under it. Its essentially built on a deck. The previous owners said they intended to insulate the floor underneath.

Im curious what impact that would really have? The entire room is glass sliding doors and windows. It gets cold in the winter until the sun hits it and it warms up a bit. Definitely a 3 season room. What benefits woukd insulting the floor provide?

How to get stains out

We bought the house 2 years ago and I seem to get more stains every year. The really dark stain is a couple years old and I have no idea what caused it. Curious what I can do to get the stains out. I scrubbed the hell out of them to no avail. Ive added shock to the effected areas. Looking for ideas

Dead space in closet

I have a small house with very limited storage. Our hall closet is where we keep bath towels, wash cloths, medicine, hair and face products and general hygiene/medical supplies.

The top of the closet has a shelf. It goes up much higher than the door (and higher than we can really reach). I know I could probably stack boxes in there to utilize the space but getting things in and out would be a chore and I know my family well enough to know they would hate it and never put things back.

There may not be a solution but if there is, id like to utilize the space up too better.

Pain went away then came back

I had an ingrown toenail for about a week. I finally cut and ripped it out. Hurt like hell. The next few days were great unless I stubbed it. Its been almost a week now and today the pain is back and becoming severe. There is a weird piece of skin folded over where the nail used to be and its very painful to the touch. Im a tradesman and I have enough time off for vacation this summer but thats about it. So I need to work and I need to wear steel toe boots at work.

At home I soak it in a tea tree/Epsom salt/hot water/peroxide mix for 30 minutes and I get a little relief for a little while. I put ichthamal on it for a couple hours and take ibuprofen. I just finished soaking it and put neosporin on it and it feels OK right now. But I meed this pain to go away. Im assuming its an infection causing the pain.

Should I see a doctor? Or keep applying neosporin for a few days before I go to a dr?

Edit: the flesh i was referring to is apparently called a granuloma. Do these go away on their own?

Im having my basement renovated and we are adding a full bath. Plumber said that the stack for the septic doesnt appear to be workable and said we should consider digging an ejector pit.

This bathroom will primarily used by one person, my mother, who rents the basement. So its only getting light use. Would a saniflow be a good option? Seems a lot more practical than digging a pit but I get hit or miss advice about them. Seems like a lot of plumbers hate them for some reason.

I bought prescription sunglasses a few years ago that were polarized. I had never had prescription sunglasses before and when I put them on, they gave me a headache and gave me depth perception issues. I hardly wore them assuming something went wrong with the prescription.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and didnt pay for polarized because I was poor. They were great.

Well those are beat to hell now and I ordered a pair of polarized Raybans. Ive learned that my original pair were not messed up. It was the polarized option distorting my view.

Does this go away? Being that they are sunglasses I only wear them as needed and wear my regular glasses all day.

Any advice? They were expensive
