now I need a cassette tape to actually listen to it. i had bought one online but there was some complications with that. so i might just go to the nearest store and try to get my hands on one.
because i just got this online and I wanna get a cassette player for it to listen too
okay for context, yesterday my girlfriend parents were fighting and she tried to go comfort her mother but her mother told my girlfriend to just leave her alone.
my girlfriend texts me about this, she seemed really upset about it. so I was typing up a paragraph of words to comfort her
until mid way of me doing that.
she says "don't try to comfort me, I don't want it."
and so i typed "what do you want _____ :O?"
and she types back "yk what. nothing."
and I'm just like awkwardly sitting there looking down at my phone like conflicted
because i didn't want to overstep any boundaries and overpush and make her feel more overwhelmed and I wanna give her space
on the other hand, idk i felt like I should? maybe i should be there with her and try to like idk what. usually couples tend to work through things and support each other ykwim?
anyways while I'm just contemplating on what to say
she types again and says "don't say anything ____ please"
and my mind just totally blanked out right there, I was gonna type "ok yeah sure I'll give you space" but i wasn't sure if she'd get like mad? if I said anything
so I just reacted to the message with a thumbs up to let her know I understood
but idk if that was the right move? was it good to do in that situation?
anyways it's the next day and we haven't talked since. she showed a bit activity online and she seemed okay-ish but not. so im unsure if I should try to text her today
being like "“hii ___ , feeling any better?”
or if i should just continue to give her space and wait for her to text me back
