Anyone here have surgery on wrist for tightness?

I’ve been referred to see someone as I am waiting on surgery for my Achilles the consultant looked at my tight hand and asked has anyone had a look at it, I have a bit of finger movement but spasticity is high in my hand especially

I know TBI is different than stroke but the outcome for me has been similar to a stroke so hear me out😅

Right side hemiplegia was completely paralysed arm and leg in beginning , recovered better than expected but my hand progress not great 2 years on decent movement in thumb and index and very little in rest , hasn’t gotten any better in a long time I do gym and walk quite a bit I’m physically active my arm movement has improved a lot from beginning but I do have spasticity hand is fisted up a lot of the time I stretch , get Botox and take oral baclofen , hard accepting this is the new norm, anyone else have similar injury and age ? I’d say it’s been a year since any new hand movement anyways

Had an appointment with a diff dentist to take look they said can’t see anything wrong with the filling on x ray or anything gave me melfen and told me I need some other fillings on diff teeth , I struggle to believe them as this tooth is killing me even after pain meds, it wasn’t my usual dentist I can’t get in to them until 2 weeks
