Curious to know if anyone knows a specific date and if it’ll come true

I’m quiet and like to do my job and then go home. I’m a fast learner and have done well at all of my various jobs. However, I’ve noticed a pattern that at every single place that I’ve worked.. I’ve had either a manager or a coworker who was a woman and they would single me out and bully me. It always begins very early on, shortly after I start working there. I have no idea what I do to put a target on my back and why women specifically have had such an issue with me. The bullying tends to be very covert and every time that I’ve tried going to an HR manager- nothing is done about the situation. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and can offer any sort of advice for me? After years of this it’s really beginning to take a toll on my mental health.
