Why is there discrimination towards Koreans without South Korean citizenship?

Hi, i'm from central asia. I have notice that there's discrimination towards koreans with citizenship of other countries in South Korea. For example, for Koryo-saram in central asia, Yanbian korean etc. They are often describe as non-civilized in some korean movies.

My question is, why would this happend? They are korean end of the day right? Is it because of the financial, cultural or other problems? Is there same situation for North koreans too?

(I got this question from Kazakhs-Chinese who faced the similar situaiton in Kazakhstan)

Discrimination towards Chinese Kazakhs

Hi i'm from Easturkstan(or so called Xinjiang), I have notice that some of my friends(mostly kazakhs) who choose to move to Kazakhstan are facing some kind of discrimination. For example like "Oralman" or "do you eat pork there" etc.

So my question is, why would this happened? I mean people who shown disprespect to them are mostly kazakhs too. Why this dicrimination between same race but different regions happen. Is it because of financial, social or other reason? And is there similar situation for kazakh from other countries such as Afghan, other post-soviet countries and so on?

And i have also notice that, there are discrimination in South Korea, towards Koryo-saram and Korean who from Yanbian. Does this type of actions have similarity or other how.(I don't konw if there is a subreddit for this question, i would love to ask them "korean" too )

Hi, recently i have been wondering, couples of months ago, there is a person called Alex talking about "Kill line", "Female oversea students are obsessed with foreigner male" which brings a lots of harassment on social platforms like Rednote and Douyin.
But the recent sexual assualt from "Male oversea students", with a telegram group with over three thousend people. Dosen't bring a lot of attentions as Alex's content.
So my question is, why would this situation happen?
Is it because the Double standard for male and female? Or the social plattfrom is trying to hide these thing?
And i believe, this type of situation have some to do with women's right, i believe socalled "女拳".

Teshliqmu fellow central Asians, how's going?
I have notice that, there are a hitting trend, calling Kazakhstan is the home for "Wasian", "Kazakhstan is the Isreal for Wasian", "Nerds realized liking Japan is no longer niche so now they’re on Kazakhstan". This topic has been viral for couples of days, (at least, as far as i see, maybe i'm in an eco chamber).
I wonder how people from Kazakhstan see this, what's their oppion, especially Qazaqs.
