First time after trying reflection and as a person who has tried Symphony a couple of times. This is symphony without the ginger note, reflection missed on that ginger note and stays linear with zesty grapefruit though this smells amazing for the price it comes at. This type of scent profile is very suitable for indian summers as a person who has khadlaj island dreams also this one smells a tad better as ginger is heavy in island dreams which is not my liking can vary person to person

Versatility- Can be wore in hot summer afternoon or current humid weather as for me i enjoy wearing it in gym , lasts like a full session and projects well in AC environment, to be noted that i dont sweat much so performance of almost all perfumes are better on me.

I bought this one at a certain higher price point but wont buy there other releases though i genuinely wanna try them until there prices reduce

Got compliments from the most unexpected perfume i can imagine.. literally i own so many middle eastedn frags but hardly someone gives you a compliment as in India you can understand people don’t compliment each other.. the other day i had cold so decided not to wear any perfume but you can understand as a enthusiast we dont do that🤣 wore musk safi as its a very light and subtle fragrance that hardly irritates anyone or myself for that day.

Went to my office and literally the colleague on the other desk asked me what am i wearing and even told me “ab se yahi lagake aaya kar office” “tu roz kafi strong perfume lagata hai” and i was like WTF. The perfume i could notice barely that was projecting to others!

Scent profile- very subtle white florals and musk thats it smells like how new clothes in a store would!

Came to know sometimes we as enthusiasts wear some of the most complexed scents but ultimately in our country the most simple and basic scents do the job very well.

Went to Ajmal store in CP yesterday, everytime I visit CP i visit Ajmal too. It's always so nice visiting a perfume store no matter which brand it is and with ajmal you always get to smell something new as they have many perfumes and specially Attars which are strictly available in stores only. And TBH I went for Attar shopping only 😂

Staff was nice,though they hardly do 5% discount in stores but made us try almost whatever we asked for without being rude. I bought 3 oils from them , lamsah , yasmin and watermelon burst from them. Thought the outer box looks nice as a cover but the bottle and labelling is very basic and could be improved upon!!

Now here goes the review!

1. Lamsah- imagine freshly cut lemons squeeze with there peels, this one smells alot like riiffs costa de amalfi but without that fizz.perfect for hot days instant refreshness almost everyone will like it!

2. Watermelon burst- guys trust me if you ever visit and Ajmal store try this one first take a ss, save this Post or whatever just try it. It smells so good that all 5 of my friends bought it. Though it says watermelon, it seems like they mixed both melon and watermelon together-smells super good and very cheap too!

3. Yasmin- it's Jasmine oil mixed with ylang ylang , though the Jasmine here is prominent, very subtle close to skin attar that only if u love traditional perfumery you will like!

These Two are the most hyped up imagination clones, Marwa is already proven and Mykonos is gearing for its entry in India. Currently selling at very high prices here but I got lucky recently visited Bali for my honeymoon and bought it from there.

Scent profile- Marwa is extremely heavy on ginger and before someone lectures about maceration this is already a 8 month old bottle which has last 30 ml of juice left. Whereas inception feels a lot more balanced I haven't liked marwa much since I bought it as I did a blind buy but didn't like it

much.. inception is very balanced soapy, does the black tea note very well, even the ginger too.

Projection and lasting- when you spray both on strips on skin you will feel like marwa is much stronger has a very harsh gingery opening but after 5-10 mins if you smell both side by side you won't be able to smell marwa along with inception. That's how well it projects even after 1.5 hour in outdoor 45 degree heat I could smell inception and catch whiffs.

Marwa clearly loses the battle , I tried aqua dubai decant once and maybe it's a lot more closer to imagination but not marwa.

​

But yes please don't buy inception rn I saw it selling in India for around 4000₹ + /100 ml don't get me wrong it's very good but please don't spend your 4k . I think it's not launched officially here the sellers are just milking the hype.

It's a banger product no doubt but only if you get it's 100 ml under 3k.

Bought Naseem ocean enigma in recent eid sale after seeing multiple reviews of it.

Scent profile - Opening is fresh , citrusy nothing very unique but something everyone around you will like, kinda basic but that works very well. Opening is like if you have ever used cinthol lemon body wash! What I like is it doesn't have that harsh syntheticness to it. Neither that face hitting citruses everything is very subtle .

Versatility - 10/10 in versatility can wear literally anywhere.feels like the most versatile perfume

Projection & lasting- 40-45 mins of moderate projection , you can get close whiffs upto 1.5 hrs after that it's a skin scent lasts around 3-4 hours on skin!

Scent profile- 8/10

Projection & lasting - 7/10

Finally bought this, this was a weird launch from ajmal it was available in stores from last 1 month but you couldn't purchase it just try it, I went to ajmal store to buy an attar and tried this one and it immediately reminded me of erba pura DNA , This smells like a tropical fruit basket and too a juicy one! Really likeable and mass pleasing DNA with a hint of sweetness of vanilla but nothing very prominent. Finally got this from a discounter at a good price around 1600₹

Lasting is pretty decent 1-1.5 hr of projection in AC environment and lasts 6-7 hours on clothes. For a sub 2k frag the quality is good. I would say safe to blind buy if you like fruity perfumes , otherwise rather than buying a decant you can try it in any ajmal store

Tried Rare Vanilla by Secret Alchemist recently and was expecting another sweet vanilla bomb, but it actually surprised me.

I usually avoid vanilla fragrances because most of them end up smelling too sugary or like straight-up desserts. This one doesn't really go there. The vanilla is there, but it feels softer and cleaner instead of super edible.

I think the heliotrope gives it that slightly powdery feel and the tonka adds some warmth, but overall it stays pretty balanced. More wearable everyday kinda vanilla.

Lasting is decent 4-5 hours on skin and around 6-7 hours on clothes this is not a loud projecting perfume instead a close to skin and for close encounters type

Another day another clown moment everyone knows riiffs fareed is a dupe of La nuit de L homme , just saw a video where this creator with almost 1.8L followers said it's an alt of Dior homme intense🫢 why do so many people follow these creators with absolutely 0 knowledge and why do brands tolerate such creators😂 the funny thing was no one pointed out her mistake in her comment section

Ordered this 4x 15 ML combo set from menworks for around 1100₹ already have a few from them, this was my 3rd time shopping with them.

This time the delivery took 6 days generally the previous time it around in 3-4 days..

1. summer dive- dupe of LV afternoon swim citrusy orange and lemons never tried the OG but out of the 4 I ordered this one is most suitable for the current weather.

This doesn't last much though but smells very good even in outdoor heat. Generally using it in gym!

2. Bourbon Vanilla- Many people recommended this one on multiple posts of menworks , and again thanks to this community this is such a gem. Very very close to Azzaro MWP , toffee type caramel and lovely vanilla I get it guys why it's said to be the perfect date scent. Also the longest lasting one from this lot

3. The Bleu- another one bought on the suggestions of this community first I thought this one must be BDC from the name but this is YSL Y , green apple is very prominent and after drydown all you get is geranium in this one though when u smell the original this one smells like a more amped up version of it.

I personally don't like YSL Y DNA much .

4. Immense- clone of LV L immensite , very strong gingery opening, with very little citruses the grapefruit smells like a rotten one. It also has got that soapiness to it, cause of geranium? Maybe.kinda a masculine type of freshie that you can wear anywhere. It's good but not the best I have got from menworks

If anyone has tried the OG do let me know does the OG smells like it

This seriously smells much more premium and expensive than other 500₹ perfumes thats why i love middle eastern brands.

As a collector who has around 100 middle eastern i recently bought this after watching some ad. Bought it and this smells amazing very clean + the quality here is much much better than any 500₹ frag available. Bottle also looks good.

This is a water based perfume so doesnt project very much but its a close to skin scent and sticks to skin for easy 5 hours for me atleast.

Scent profile- Opens up citrusy majorly lemon prominent which i think is the most prominent note along with white musk and some white florals.

I don't think this is a direct clone but somewhere reminds me of silver mountain water

Lasts 5 hours on skin , projection very avg like an arm distance for 40-50 mins overall i really like its smell good for gym sessions or any small meetings.
