for some reason my x11 is stuck between bt1 and bt2 in mode switch and 2.4 gigs isnt working even when the switch is on it and ive tried everything and my dongle still isn't working help pls.

I bought my x11 and it was working amazingly up until I plugged in another mouse at the same time and the dongle for my x11 stopped working. ive tried every system reboot and every possible combination but its just not working anyone got any advice?
