Did anyone else feel really “off” down there for a long time after childbirth? 😭
I’m almost embarrassed posting this but I seriously can’t tell anymore what’s normal postpartum healing and what isn’t. Ever since my delivery things just haven’t fully felt the same physically and it’s been making me super anxious lately. Sometimes I look and everything still seems swollen/bumpy to me and then I panic and start googling for hours.
My doctor keeps saying healing takes time but I honestly wasn’t prepared for how mentally weird postpartum recovery would be too. I think I expected everything to just magically go back to normal after a few weeks.
Please tell me other women experienced this too and it actually improved with time??
