I'm 21F and my OCD recently latched onto an anime that my boyfriend's friend is interested in. I don't wanna name it at the moment. The show very egregiously sexualizies women, including its 17 y/o protagonists. A lot of people fight for it, saying that the sexualization is important for its themes, but I still think thats a very hollow excuse. But I'm still so desperately trying to understand *why* this person would like this anime.

I read hundreds of twitter posts, watched video essays and clips from the show and now I'm disgusted with myself, I hate it so so much and find it so vile but I kept looking anyway. I wanted to understand, but now I've come out of it thorougly grossed out by what I saw. This show is about as graphic at it gets before it would be considered outright porn, and I hate it so much. I try to think that "well it was on major streaming services so it certainly can't be illegal or anything" but that doesn't erase how unethical it is.

I also ran into a Tumblr blog attempting to expose this show along with exposing lolicon artists in the industry, and they showed off artwork of "loli" characters in suggestive outfits or censored pornography to prove their point, and it made it so much worse. Those posts are now embedded in my internet history and mind forever and I'm terrified. Not only am I afraid my boyfriend's friend is a pedo, I'm also terrified that I am too because I saw this content. I feel so defeated. I want to tell my boyfriend to stay away from this girl but I feel like he's going to argue with me about it and I don't want to lose him. He's the only person I have. My life feels over.

Edit: Paid games are okay, but free is heavily preferred.

Hi, I want to find a virtual pet website/game similar to Webkinz. I am looking for something cute, simple, and something that can be played with little social interaction, and ideally, a more adult-leaning audience (whether it be because the game is old or just generally is more "mature"). This means offline game suggestions are OK, too! I am looking for a game that can be played over a long time, something I feel I can "bond" with. I'm aware this is a lot so I do understand if all criteria can't be covered.

Mac support is ideal, but PC/Switch/3DS games are all okay.
