Airport operations crew

Hello,

New to the page and not sure if I used the right flare, I'm sorry.

I applied for a job with Jet Blue. It's a position for airport operations crew. I know this sounds like a silly question but would that be gate agent or ramp agent or a combination of both?

Also I'm doing the online virtual interview, does anyone have any advice about the hiring process for jet blue?

Thank you!

Wasn't sure what flair to use but ..

I submitted an application for both cabin crew and the customer service roles. I got an email instantly to do the hire vue. I feel...okay about it? But we'll see what happens! Never applied for this company but I wanted to take my chance.

Got rejected for a few airlines...

But I'm not gonna let that stop me. I got all the way to the f2f the first time I ever applied to airlines. I didn't make it, but I'm coming back and even though two companies said no...I'm not giving up!

I genuinely feel that if you are supposed to be somewhere you will be. So that's what I'm believing going forward!

I have applications in with United, Delta, horizon, and GoJet and skywest. Got rejected from frontier and Breeze. If you have any questions let me know!

Trying again!!!

Hi everyone! Ignore the un I don't know for to change it.

I first off want to thank you for this sub and everyone's willingness to be helpful, open and honest.

Back in late December of last year I applied for a major airline. I have a lot of customer service but never have had any kind of job in aviation. I was really excited and got all the way to the F2f, but then went through the whole interview day to be rejected.

At the time I was hurt, embarrassed, and thinking it was personal. With time I've realized that there are things I could have done better that seem small but probably could have made enough difference to get the CJO.

I've decided to put my metaphorical hat in the ring, and really want it, but also don't want to get really really excited just to get rejected again.

I'll be upfront and honest, I think a big part of it is I have trouble with make up and hair and my shoes didn't fit. As much as looks shouldn't matter more than my personality, I think I was also sooooooo nervous. How can you not be? Especially if you really want this.

All of this to say. If the universe puts this in my lap again, I think I know what to do. And if you've been rejected like me, don't give up. There are so many airlines, so many different people that can't wait to meet you and see who you really are and what you can add to their airline!
