Is this a real ss helmet?

I’ve had this m42 for a while now and I want to confirm if it’s ss or not. The guy I bought it from said it was, but I never believe what they say. There are remnants of a ss decal, but I can’t confirm if thats real or not. Also the lot is either 1051 or 1351 but I can’t tell. 1351 would line up with an ef66 sd ss helmet found in the German helmet vault list. What do y’all think? The 2nd slide shows the decal remnants (very very hard to tell) only an outline and a few white specs

Is this legit?

I see this online for $200 and I’m wondering if yall think it’s authentic and if you think $200 is fair? If it’s real I’ll probably offer something like $150. Thanks in advance!

What’s the story with this?

I literally just got this in the mail, I bought it pretty much sight unseen from an eBay auction that I won for $75. (The photos were pretty bad) I’m just looking at it and I think it’s British because of the makers mark. I’m kinda confused though because one side of the bales has the British split pin, and the other side has a more American looking circular pin. Is this a rare or something or is this pretty common to find? Also, could this have been refurbed by a collector post war? Thanks!

HELP!

I know I have a lot of very nice things in my collection, but I can’t help but feel that it’s displayed very poorly. Any suggestions for how I can make my display look better? Thanks.

Flea market finds

I picked up some nice items today at the flea market

-1918 canteen with replacement plastic cap $5
-what I think is a complete 1944 mess kit $15
-1943 canteen with cup, sleeve, and belt $35
-pair of ww1 trench art made from 18pndr shells $190
Total:$265
How’d I do? Yall think that’s a fair price for everything? (The Sherman model was $20, but I figured yall didn’t want more close pics of it since it isn’t militaria)

Do yall think this Austrian m17 is legit and how much do yall think its worth?

I see this transitional Austrian m17 with a ww2 era liner and some textured grey paint. Do you guys think this is authentic and what do you think it’s worth? The seller sent me an offer for $195 USD.

FJ jump badge authenticity?

I’ve had a grouping from a captured fallschirmjager which includes the badge, breast eagle, Africa campaign badge, shoulder boards, and a patch from the 85inf. I’m just wondering if the medal is authentic because I’ve read online that the makers mark (L/58) is exclusive postwar ones.

Is this NSKK dagger real?

I recently got this NSKK dagger and I want to be 100% sure it’s authentic. The seller didn’t tell me too much about it other than that the Tiger marking makes it more desirable amongst collectors. Someone else said it had mismatched parts, but it’s still real. I just want to make sure this is a period item and not some temu factory junk. Thanks in advance.
