Friendly reminder about natural disasters

Spectrum has a clause in their TOS that states that disruption of services due to a natural disasters does not warrant outage credits or assistance of any kind. Outage credits are always optional. If you would like to see an example of how Spectrum reacts when a huge region experiences something like this, go ask Asheville, NC about what Spectrum did to them after Hurricane Helene.

The best thing to do if a natural disaster disrupts your service for more than 30 days is to flat out cancel it until you know that service can be reliably restored. Other wise, you *will* be charged for service that you are not receiving.

Hope this helps anyone who will go through a natural disaster this year!

Noticing a lot of stray cats around Reynolds Mountain lately

Is there any known population issue that has been surfacing over the past few weeks or months? I have been noticing a lot of cats in the Woodfin area lately, specifically around Reynolds Mountain. I usually never see the same cat twice along my usual routes, so I don't think they're pets.

Show me your husky mixes and tell me what they're mixed with!

Mine is a coonsky. Half husky and most of the other half is redtick coonhound.

Or maybe she's a dingo and Embark lied. 🤷🏼‍♂️

EDIT: I am overwhelmed by all the beautiful husky mixes! They are all so adorable! Thank you everyone! I was totally not expecting this magnitude of a response!
