Best and cheapest grain/sub

Hey all I did and AIO grow bag and had some success. I want to expand my grows and use a monotub inside a grow tent. I was wondering what you guys use for best cheapest method. Been hearing a lot of bad reviews about uncle bens tek. So im curious what a lot of yall are using these days. Do you guys use a coco brick for substrate? I currently grow cannabis and buy coco bricks so this would be easy for me. Im also going to buy some agar plates and liquid culture jars to expand a syringe. Any and all advised are greatly appreciated!! Thank you

I got faith in her!!!

Canna cheese 1:1 CBD

Dropped her in 3.9G autopot with FF OF on July 21st.

My 4 coco seeds broke soil on the 24th

Checked up on the organics on the 25th and saw they had germinated so gave em a few more days.

26th my CBDank broke soil, checked up on Canna Cheese and she was still behind.

27th, still nothing, checked on her again in the morning and saw she was finally popping out, checked on her at night and from the help of the homie officebadass I helped her by removing the shell and a little piece holding her back from opening up.

28th, she finally opened up

29th, watered

Day 30, she looking good, still very small compared to the other 5 but she made it.

I got faith she gonna bounce back, lmk what yall thing

JUICE POP DAY 1

Doing my 2nd speedrun and overall grow. 4 ladies just popped out!

1st run was pound dawg and frosted Cherry'os f3

This run I expanded my tents and setup and trippled my pots. From 2 to 6 plants!

2nd run: In the 4x4 im running two Tray2Grows with four 5 gallon fabric pots and a 25 gallon flexi tank rez. Straight buffed coco/perlite mix and GH flora series nutes.

Speedrun "Juice Pop" / Mephisto "Strawberry Nuggets" / NightOwl "DDOS OG #2" / Multiverse "Orange Papaya Auto"

In the 2x4 im running 2 Autopots with Airbases, Airdomes, and an air pump. Growing in FF Ocean Forrest with extra perlite for aeration for bottom 3/4 and top layer of FF Coco Loco diluted with more coco and perlite so its not so hot.

Both are Mephisto CBD strains: Canna cheese 1:1 and CBDank

1st grow are they doing ok?

As the post says this is my 1st grow in a all in 1 bag. Was wondering if they are still good to go? I have them in a box with a light on them 12/12.
