Title: Kalshi Neymar goalscorer market seems resolved incorrectly?
I had a position on Kalshi for **Brazil vs Japan: Goalscorer — Neymar 1+**.
I mostly bought **No**, meaning Neymar would **not** score at least one goal. The match ended **Brazil 2–1 Japan**, and from what I can see, the goalscorers were **Casemiro, Gabriel Martinelli, and Kaishu Sano**. Neymar did **not** score.
But my Kalshi position shows:
Final position: **1,166.23 No**
Settlement payout: **$0**
Total cost: **$984.80**
Total payout: **$924.83**
Loss: **-$59.97**
Shouldn’t the **No** side have settled as the winner if Neymar didn’t score? Am I misunderstanding how the goalscorer market resolves, or does this look like a settlement issue?

Hi everyone,

Looking for some guidance from others who may have gone through a similar situation.

My EB-5 I-526E petition was filed in December 2024 and is still pending. I also have a pending I-485 and have already received my EAD and Advance Parole.

My Indian passport was recently renewed, and I now have a new passport. The EAD/AP approvals were issued using the information from my old passport.

I'm traveling internationally next week and have a few questions:

1. Do I need to notify USCIS about the new passport?
2. Do I need to update my passport information for the pending I-526E or I-485?
3. Has anyone traveled on Advance Parole after renewing their passport?
4. Is carrying both the old and new passports sufficient for re-entry?
5. Were there any issues at airline check-in or CBP on return?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this recently, especially EB-5 applicants.
