I am so sorry for asking a question so close to the previous day's question but I have an issue that I need your help with.

So I've got a book already written which is partially cozy.

But it's still got combat in it and it's still got hit points and the likes in it.

If you were going to go cozy, would you go the whole hog or would a bit of both be acceptable?

I feel a game isn't really cozy if it's got combat and things in it.

Just thought I would get some perspective from you all.

Ultimately I'm just trying to decide whether I should remove the combat and make any encounters like that much more narrative driven and not about knocking something unconscious.

For a big project like this I am going to get references, just as you are entitled to ask for references for me from other artists that I have worked with.

So, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for you to send me a DM.

Just had a really interesting "discussion" with my accountant friend, and I thought it was worth posting.

I said that to calculate a retail price you multiply your total costs by around five.

He said that was total b*ll*cks and that I should be charging no more than 30%.

He got really angry about this and I'm just wondering who is right. Isn't 30% markup usually reserved for really high volume numbers?

I want to file a trademark and there is just one other company (it's a big company) with a name similar to the one I want to trademark.

They don't have a class in the category I want to trademark.

Does that make a difference? I mean, will they contest the trademark if the names are similar but it's a class they do not have a trademark for?

Our brands are very slightly similar but overall completely different in look and direction.

I'm looking for a reliable artists to design the art for my baby dragon adventure card game.

I think the easiest way to describe the art style is Pokemon meets Dungeons & Dragons. I'm open to lots of art styles, but something like this would be appropriate for a game for 8 to 14 year olds.
