Spacex IPO Overpriced?

Could Spacex be the most overhyped company of all time? Even more overhyped than Tesla? Could it be possible one of the worst IPO’s of all time in terms of what the financials actually are and what its valuation is going public at? They lost over $1 Billion last quarter… how on earth are they worth anywhere close to $1.5T?? It’s all hopes and dreams of putting data centers in space and that won’t happen in the next 10 years and possibly never as it just doesn’t make any sense regardless of what Musk and Bezos says (they both have rocket launch company’s so they want it to happen to make money off it).

I just don’t understand how it’s anywhere close to the proposed valuation based on nothing really with no real growth story because data centers in space is not happening. So your really paying for an internet service company that only has 10 million customers and will never be as good as the big 4 telecom companies, xai that loses money hand over fist and twitter which is in the same boat. What’s the big deal over this and why isn’t any investment company calling it out for what it is??

The stock is Allstate the insurance company (ALL). It’s tried to breakout of the 210-220 range 8 times in the past year and a bit. It’s consolidating so much that once this breaks out it’s going to shoot up like crazy.

It trades at a P/E ratio of 5!!! When the market realizes it is wayyy to cheap and undervalued it can triple from here and still have below a market value. That’s crazy and not even including any growth whatsoever. In my opinion this stock could be a 5xer including just a little bit of growth. If it surprises any upside on expectations then watch out.

It’s last earnings they implemented a $4 billion buyback program on a market cap of $58 billion. Its earnings were $10.65 which was over 45% more than analyst expectations. In my opinion this is one of the cheapest stocks out there and could be one of the very best opportunities.

All you have to do is buy the 5 big tech stocks. Apple, Microsoft, meta, Amazon, google, tsmc. Forget everything else. These companies are so big and growing so fast they make soooo much money. In my opinion they’re all going to be in every industry that is important to the economy in some way shape or form. When they enter an industry they usually do a very good job and disrupt the whole industry by taking customers or getting new ones. The whole world will be these 5 companies or so in the future in my opinion. You’ll outpace the s&p500 hand over fist just like they have for the past 15-20 years, and will continue to do so.

They’re going to ramp up semiconductors, be more involved in entertainment, be more involved with defense, make self driving cars and possibly make them themselves, get into grocery (Whole Foods) by possibly buying a competitor, get involved in banking products and services, etc. IMO it’s another way to make more money instead of just raising prices for phones or cloud software. Every company will get disrupted by one or many of these companies.
