With college application season coming up, I wanted to share a free tool I made that might be helpful.
It lets you compare colleges side by side, estimate your actual cost after scholarships, calculate student loan payments, and get a rough idea of the long-term financial return of different schools. There are also sections for tracking scholarships and learning the basics of college finances.
I know it's easy to focus on rankings and admissions, but I thought having a place to compare the financial side of college decisions could be useful too. Hopefully it helps someone! just comment if you want the link

made a simple college ROI calculator
Hey, I’m a high school student learning web development and I just built a small project called EduVest.
It’s a college finance tool that helps compare costs, scholarships, and estimated ROI between schools. I mainly built it to practice React + TypeScript and get more comfortable with full-stack projects.
It’s still very early, but I deployed it on Netlify and it works.
Would appreciate any feedback on UI/UX or ideas for improvement.

passion project review
Hi everyone,
I'm a high school student who recently started an independent research and writing project called Shakti & Society. The website explores how Hindu goddesses, historical women, and modern discussions about women's empowerment can reflect different forms of power, leadership, resilience, knowledge, and social change.
So far, I've published articles on goddesses such as Durga, Kali, and Saraswati, and I'm continuing to add new content every few weeks. My goal is to create an educational resource that connects mythology, history, and contemporary issues in a thoughtful and accessible way.
I'd love any feedback, suggestions for future topics, or recommendations for women and figures I should research next.
