There was a gathering of about 10 squad cars and probably a dozen officers accompanied by several ambulances and 2 fire trucks on bankhead parkway around 11am this morning. Since then, I've noticed several police vehicles patrolling the summit of monte sano over the past few hours, almost as if they are looking for somebody. Anyone know anything?

I'm a 70 lbs overweight 34 yo male. My blood pressure is usually something in the range of 110/50 to 130/60. I've learned the difference is called "pulse pressure", with anything over 60 being potentially dangerous. My pulse pressure is usually 60+. I am NOT an athelete.

Are these readings normal for my age or concerning?

I just had my first colonoscopy at 34. 3 polyps were found in 3 different locations (one in cecum). 2 were 8mm and 1 was 3mm. My mom died in her late 50s to an aggressive colon cancer. My dad has a bunch of precancerous polyps. My cousin was just diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at 36.

I'm awaiting pathology but I'm already freaking out (health anxiety etc). I feel like this is going to be my new life now. I was really hoping nothing would show up on the colonoscopy...

I don't know if I'm looking for reassurance or trying to vent. I just feel like I'm too young for this. Thanks to anyone who's read all of this.
