Camino Primitivo? Food/Restaurants

Planning to go in 2 weeks.

What's restaurants/food/water like en route.

Is there lunch stops?

We'll pack super light, 3 days of summer clothes only and so light backpacks about 2-3kg without water.

Tribunal - Standard Mobility - Help/Thoughts?

Awarded Feb 23.. 3+Years Later finally got tribunal date.

Looking for 10 Points - unfamilar journeys
At the time I submitted evidence such as:

-Partner/Landlord/Family statements.

-Voice Recording extracts

-MR Discrepancies (provided by above)

-Medical is hit/miss because my doctors are terrible and I only ever get allocated locum ones, but history of different anti depressants etc.

As my decision was from Oct 22 - how will this work re evidence/tribunal itself.

My thoughts are I'm just going to turn up and advocate that this is way over 3 years... So the evidence I provided at the time is all I have?

I also have a complaint acknowledgement from Ingenus confirming the assessor made Discrepancies and since they reassessed and awarding standard mobility (but for movement lol)

Hitns/tips?

Primitivo Late-End of July?

Thoughts?

Understand it may be hot - hiked last year in Albania at 30 degrees 🔥 but of course don't want to die.

Is water accessible/food - most likely private rooms as best friend and I and appreciate we may be tired/coming in late so don't want to disturb others.

Will most likely only have time for Oviedo-Lugo.

MOD - Commercial Officer? Good career move/prospects?

As above - progression leads to HEO.

Decent work life balance?

Do lunches actually exist?

Chance to build flexi?

Or mayhem from the get go and red tape?

What are the progression opportunities afterwards?

Thanks ✨

Supernova Ease or Rise?

Weird feet, like ducks and skinny heels and kinda flat foot, slight over pronation. Finding shoes is a problem.

Supernova Ease (Understand are budget, feel strangely comfortable, and loose but good loose)

Supernova R8se (Feel more secure, probably the expensive rods etc - but slight tightness on outside side of little toe area - always my problem) and length is perfect.

Which should I get for 5-10k's? Maybe occasionally push a half?

Or should I just buy both and try out both? 🙈

I've tried Adizero range, my flat foot becomes a huge problem and uncomfortable.

warning of disadvantage? Is this always given at tribunals

As the title. Tribunal next week.

Massively nervous I'll lose my PIP, I shouldn't but I believe I'm entitled to standard mobility, I have daily as the assessor basically lied on this entire section and my call shows that...

Thoughts?

Will they state the: warning of disadvantage if they think I'll lose standard? I only requested to appeal mobility

PIP Review / Recommendation to review.

Review completed. Same entitlement.

Question: I read somewhere that reviews are now 5 years minimum, or will DM agree with PA4?

PA4 states: Recieving input and pending medication review, may reflect change - 3 years is recommended.

Thanks ❤️

Good Assessment = Bad Report? Thoughts?

I feel the assessor understood my conditions (review) but... Some trick questions?

Can you drive, manual/automatic? Well yes, my mobility is limited so I drive to the nearest shop etc only when needed. (Unsure where this fits but they'll find something) - followed by how much fuel do you use, not sure approx 1/2 a tank a month maybe?

Guess this was engaging with other people:

Then questions like if a delivery is made to your house, can you answer the door? - Yes, my landlord is the driver but anyone else, most likely but not without consequences.

Or - if I went to nearest shop and someone new?

- Yes but not without consequences, then I gave multiple examples of visits to hospital, missing weddings, friends events etc.

Hmmm... I felt like she got me and was super empathetic but now expecting my Standard to be 0?

PIP Assessment Report - Sent 2 DWP 2 hours later?

Probably just an anxious soul but good or bad? Guess it all depends... 😭 Waiting sucks. This is my 3rd assessment as 2 previously failed audit but I only found out 2 weeks after each!

4 Failed PIP Assessments due to Audit - What to do

I've had 4 failed assessments for PIP.

I'm not even looking at Enhanced in Both. I've followed the PIP descriptors etc and see what fit, and my conditions align to those descriptors. They have a variety of suitable evidence for numerous health conditions.

This week was my 4th assessment for a first claim. I believe I am entitled to Daily Lower as absolute minimum, however was awarded Mobility Lower only at the 3rd Assessment.

As it was full of infactual information and it was recorded and they acknowledged and said I need an immediate review as it failed process/audit - and so the 4th assessment was booked.

4th Assesment was 2.5 hours long, they followed up a few days later and this was an 55 minutes. Today, the day after they called and said this has failed audit/processes/clinicians and I need a 5th Assesment.

Has anyone ever dealt with such... I am so angry and frustrated and tired.

Thoughts? Do I take this to ICE? What do I do? I just want to scream at the assessor next week...
