Has anyone experienced/met the strange Bloor/Runnymede area blonde woman who points and laughs at you very loudly?

I ran into her twice on my walks and she kind of singled me out, pointed at me and laughed very loudly, almost witch like. The first time I shook it off as someone who is likely unwell but yesterday it happened again and truly creeped me out. Still thinking about it. Has anyone run into her? Freaked out.

I’m a senior manager and recently moved over to a new director. She is very obvious with her admiration for two people on the team. It’s also incredibly obvious that she always seeks their approval and wants to make sure they are happy.

The second I saw it, I lost all respect and it’s quite revolting to see. It takes away all credibility as a leader an makes her seem desperate and afraid. I used to think she was a respected leader but watching her suck up to her favourites is such a let down. It’s all so desperate and so basic.

Thought I’d share it here with my peers, if you’ve got your favourites, please, no matter what you do, make sure that it’s never evident to your team. It makes you look weak and needy.

Looking for more realistic answers at what you’re looking to have saved for your child/children? I’m not looking at top schools for my child and will have $40,000 CAD saved by next year when she goes to university. Is it an okay amount?
