Should I wake my bay from her nap? - 3.5 months

Hi! I have a 3 month old baby that has had crap naps for the last month (20-30 mins nap, wake up crying, contact nap). For the last few days she has been napping for longer than 2 hours for a few naps. Not exactly sleeping straight through. She would wake up around the 50 mins mark. She opens her eyes but looks really dazed and then goes back to sleep. I have been feeding her before naps to try and get her to nap. Here is my week tracker. Does anyone have any recommendations? Do you think it might be because she isn’t eating enough (I’m breastfeeding most of the times and giving her a top up of 80ml before bed time) or her night sleep is not good (i cosleep but when it’s late at night I just feed her to sleep when she fusses or moves her hands around). I read online that I should cap nap at 2 hours each and 4-5 hours total during the day.

Thank you very much for your advice in advance!

  • Age of your baby: 3 months 2 weeks
  • Your current schedule (or wws) even if approximate: day nap is messy. Night time around 8-9pm, wake up 7-8am
  • Your bedtime routine: feed, wash up/bathe, put in sleep bag
  • Sleep trained? - not yet
  • Do you have a designated wake time (dwt)? When? - around 7-8am

Hi everyone, just asking for advice here. My baby is gaining okay, slight dropped in percentile from 25 to 19 over the last month. She is super distracted during the day, wouldn’t stay latched unless she is sleepy right before or after a nap. I want her to not associate nursing too much with sleep and not being able to burp her worries me. She goes to bed around 7 or 8 with her last meal being a bottle. We currently cosleep cause it’s faster for me to comfort her. At night, I feed her at 1, 4 and then 6am. I try my best to keep her sleeping until 7 or 8am. At night, She doesn’t fully wake up I think, but still eat for 15-30 mins. Is it because I’m feeding her at night that she is more distracted eating during the day? Has anyone successfully changed this habit? Thank you in advance!
