I honestly don't care, I'll just buy it again when it launches on Steam.
It's giving back for everything that came out of H3VR1. I don't support Meta in any way, but I do support the Devs and Anton for all their work over the years. And even if it's getting skimmed off the top by the retailer, at least a majority goes back to them.
(Also, when are we getting full hand-tracking-controls support for those Meta VR glasses that nobody cares about? /jk)
I took the elevator down by the mechanic station and I found a friend in the elevator with me when I loaded into the mining hub.
I think it might be a seed totebot without his seeds? He isn't hostile and obviously doesn't have a cattle prod.
