I quit outback after 5 years

I started working at outback at 16 years old, honestly really one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Worked my way all over the restaurant but spent most of my time in the kitchen. I was an akm, catering lead, line cook. And I loved it because of the people I worked with. They were all amazing. But to my surprise a lot of people come and go in the span of 5 years. Even I ended up leave my home to move to a new place and experience living somewhere else. I transferred to another outback for the job security knowing I’d have a job set up in a new place far from where I grew up was comforting but I wasn’t expecting how different it would be and I really hated it.

But the main part of the story really is now I have 17 T shirts 1 chef coat, 3 key shirts, and 10 hats. What should I do with all of this? I have quite a few newer shirts I l realistically have 10 cook shirts that are new enough I would give back to another outback in the area but not the store I quit from 😂 or should I just give them to goodwill and have a whole bunch of outback uniforms just floating around.

Different types of outbacks?

I’ve been with outback for 5 years and just learned recently there is different tiers of outbacks? Like the store I’m at is technically a “Joey” store but there’s like other ones with like different items. I know there’s like high end ones like the one in Vegas that offers different stuff like a tomahawk or wagu I think. Anybody in this sub work for a higher end outback?

Parking pass?

I know there is a Fort Lauderdale resident parking pass that allows access to the parking garages and beaches but is there anything like that I’d just have to pay a little more for if I don’t live within Fort Lauderdale city limits?

Question for Florida outback employees!

I will be moving to Ft Lauderdale in August. Which lucky for me is the hottest time to move there. That being said a co-worker told me in Florida line cooks can wear certain shorts. He was not an outback employee though so I don’t know if outback standards follow.

What to expect Inverrary/lauderhill

I’m relocating to Fort Lauderdale for new work opportunities and recently got an apartment near lauderhill police station in Inverrary. I honestly have no clue what to expect I grew up in a small town this is my first time living in the city.

Ive heard good and bad things about the area but im still just trying to know what to expect when i move down there.

Edit: I’m cooked, maybe?

This is the nicest car I’ve ever had! Got it cheap off the salvage website, 54,000 miles and spent less than 10k overall. Fixed it up put a front lip on it and spoiler but I definitely want to do more. Other than installing CarPlay what else can I do to it? I’m sad it doesn’t have a sunroof like the higher trims. Was thinking about Louvers for the back corner windows. Any secrets about the car I should know about? I know about putting the windows down with the key fob already.
