For the people that had the dxp2800 what made you switch to the dxp4800? Did you need more than 80tb of storage or was there a different reason you changed from a 2 bay to a 4bay?

Im looking into getting the dxp2800 im new to the whole world of nas storage but i would like to know has anyone had issues sending things to it remotely like when you arent home? Is it easy to set up? What hard drives are you using with it? And any other tips you would have for a new user of it. Hello i have a gopro 12 damn near new but i have been having an issue with it since ive got it. The power button doesnt shut off the camera and i literally have to remove the battery for the camera wont drain it even when its not in use. Has anyone had this issue and was you able to fix it?.. Yes i can use voice command but that still doesn't full shut down the camera and still drains the battery ..
UPDATE: i have contacted gopro and they are willing to exchange it for me with a gopro 13 for $110 even though i got the gopro 12 as a replacement for a damaged gopro 7 for the same price
I have been using it for a while and it automatically makes you used splayer to download but just now i went to download something and it keeps saying "this method is currently unavailable " but i can play the video on the app.. Does anyone know whats going on with the app?
