Suzuki Across 2023 - Suzuki Connect

Hi all, I could not find this information anywhere.

Can the Suzuki Across plug-in 2023 model connect to the app Suzuki Connect?

Thanks!

Suzuki Across plug-in 2023 model, a few questions

Hi all, I'm based in Europe and a good opportunity to buy a Suzuki Across Plug-in from 2023 has come up and, being the car practically identical to the Toyota RAV4, I still have a few questions that maybe a Suzuki Across owner can answer.

  • Regarding Software updates:
    • Does it update via OTA?
    • Does it have the same updates as the Toyota RAV 4?
    • Is there any noticeable difference in the features of the touch screen?
  • Regarding repairs:
    • Can the Toyota official mechanic deal with the Suzuki Across? I mean, are they able to connect and do a full diagnosis of the car?

And, of course, be welcome to rise any other friction point.

In the end, I can't really afford a Toyota RAV4 from 2023, but I'm able to afford this Suzuki Across from 2023 since it is 5.000€ cheaper.

Thanks all!

Cats which shed a lot + wooden and tile floors

Hi all, I've been checking many robot vacuum models and I am somehow overwhelmed.

I have some doubts and questions.

My use case is:

  • I have 4 cats with long hair that shed A LOT
  • In the house , living room and bedrooms are made of wood, while the kitchen and bathroom of ceramic tiles.

--> Which model do you recommend for this use case in which the cat fur does not get tangled and does not damage the wood?

--> also, I have 2 floors and would like to clean them both, carrying the robot+base everytime. Is this doable and the robot will recognize in which floor and in which location it is?

Thanks all for your help.

Kind regards.
