I’m planning on moving to PH for a couple months, will be working remotely. I’m getting some mixed signals in my research on internet reliability which worries me a little. How likely am I to experience issues in a relatively modern condo in Makati or BGC?

On a related note, are brownouts common in these areas?

I’m pretty set on choosing PH so this is less about picking a country and more about knowing what I’m getting myself into. Thanks for your input.
