This is the most common folk style practice you will be needing a small jar,honey,piece of paper and cinnamon for warmth also pink or a red candle for sealing and charging.
Write both of your names on the paper write the intention underneath should be calm and sweet and not controlling put the paper in the jar pour honey over it add cinnamon and seal the jar with the candle wax and say your intention again while sealing.
