How to beat testament???

My ex used to play testament, how do i play against them in ranked without flying into a blind rage and then crying in my shower for 2 hours?

Not only am I mad at her but also this dumbass character, what do you mean you're hitting me you bastard your fuck ass wolf is at least two screens away from my hitbox it feels like faust on steroids. AND YOU SAID WED BE TOGETHER FOREVER. at least i used to always beat her on ggst. very proud of my near 100-2 game record. is that maybe why she broke up?

I'm going to drop back to silver and be a single chudcel bro this must be fixed. So should I lab this situation in training to get my combos right? or do i need exposure therapy by gooning to testament r34 for at least a month or two?
