I've never played a giant kin tag before, which one has the most (or literally any) content with cyclopes? Or perhaps a none giant kin tag has cyclops content, like maybe someone in not!north africa? Since they aren't an actual culture in the game as far as I can tell, but very much exist in the lore.

Side note, there's a lot of reasons I am looking forward to Anbennar Eu5, but one of the biggest is all the minority races that aren't in Eu4.
