LF Tactical multi-tool knife!

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for some advice. I’m looking for a multi-tool knife to keep in my everyday adventure/outdoor backpack.

Basically, I’m looking for something with several useful tools and functions, but at the same time I’d like it to have a more tactical-style blade — something suitable for self-defense or combat, if you know what I mean. Ideally, I’d also like a solid blade lock and a good, secure grip/handle.

Do you have any particular models in mind that you’d recommend? I’ve been looking online, but there are just way too many options, and I’m looking for something genuinely good quality.

Thanks in advance, everyone! 🙌

Rogue/Assasin build

Ey guys! Im just new in the game. I completed Haven with ny first char wity sword and shield but the I started to ask me what class I want to play.

I like the idea of a rogue. I've seen a couple videos on youtube and they recommend to go 2h sword and a bow. I tried Daggers but not what I was expecting so what do you think about 2h sword and bow?

How IF when working shifts?

How do I do intermittent fasting if I work shifts?

On morning shifts, I can't function on an empty stomach, and by the time I get home I'm starving—I could eat a dinosaur. On top of that, I go to the gym in the afternoon.

On afternoon shifts, it's a similar situation. I could skip breakfast, but I work out before going to work.

And on night shifts, it's the same story.

The biggest challenge for me is balancing intermittent fasting with both shift work and the gym, since I'm someone who needs to eat before training.

To be honest, I just need someone to encourage me and tell me that it's possible to get through this.

I've been on vacation for a couple of weeks now, trying to relax and calm my nervous system, which, from what I've read and what people keep telling me, seems to be stuck in overdrive.

I've actually felt pretty good for almost a week. Eating well, spending time by the pool, thinking about my next steps in life...

But yesterday we went out for dinner at a restaurant, and then—bam. I could barely hold my head up, and the dizziness was overwhelming. Today I woke up already feeling like my nervous system was racing again.

The worst part is that I still don't really understand where all of this is coming from. I know I'm ashamed of myself in some ways, but I've been working hard on that, and I honestly have more confidence in myself than I've ever had. Still, there are days when I just don't function.

The dizziness is the worst part because it stops you from being yourself. You end up operating at half capacity, splitting your attention between trying not to look like you're about to faint, trying not to actually faint, and somehow acting normal at the same time.

Anyway, thanks for letting me get this off my chest. I'm just feeling discouraged.

I'm afraid I'm going to have a heart attack. So I'm going for a run.

Today I feel terrible. I got out of bed feeling like my head was about to explode. I'm dizzy, and my chest feels like it's doing strange things. But there's a 99% chance that, as always, it's just anxiety. So I'm going for a run. I'm going to make anxiety afraid of me.

Hope helps someone!

Stay strong lads.

I feel like time is moving too fast and I’m getting obsessed with aging

I've been thinking a lot about the passage of time lately. It feels like everything is moving incredibly fast.

I've become somewhat obsessed with age. I'm 35, and I can't stop thinking that in 5 years I'll be 40, and in 15 years I'll be 50. I keep telling myself that I'm actually in one of the best periods of my life to experience all the things I want to experience, and that now is the time to start new adventures.

But I still find myself looking up the ages of movie actors and comparing them to my own. I don't know why.

I guess what I really want to hear is that I still have time. That some of the best moments of my life may still be ahead of me. That life doesn't suddenly end at 40 or 50.

Has anyone else gone through this? How did you deal with it?
