I have leftover unused NTAG215 i didnt use for amiibos in the past. However, we are currently moving apartments. I would like to use these tags to label the boxes so i know which ones inside without opening it.

Is there a way or tutorial to write an item list with FlipperZero that we could scan/read via nfc? We all use iPhones.

Im due to have my last shot of my Zepbound 2.5mg Kwikpen next Tuesday. Two weeks ago, I requested to have my new Zepbound 5mg Kwikpen to be sent this week because I will be away and nobody will be at home to receive it and of course I didnt wanna delay it and be off medication for a week.

Ro said its fine. Their pharmacy processed it Monday and took Thursday to send it to courier UPS. I got an email from UPS saying they got the package and will be delivered Friday, August 21. To my luck, it was delayed. I got in touch with customer service and who told me to wait til August 22, 11:14am and if didnt arrive, they will send a replacement.

Times up, no delivery. Got in touch with support again. Just few minutes ago, I was told they couldnt send a replacement and asking for a local pharmacy instead to transfer my prescription and I will just get refunded.

First, the delay already got me stressed with my upcoming vacation. I asked my neighbor to keep an eye out of the package if it arrives next week only to be told that they wont be sending a replacement.

Second, local pharmacies got no stocks at the moment and they said it takes 4 days to get deliveries for restocking.

How come Ro, with plenty of subscribers couldnt send a replacement for undelivered order?

This is ridiculous.

I just noticed it yesterday that there’s new installation of cameras around this corner. Is this flock, speed camera, or something else?

Hello everyone.

Before I was on Zepbound, I had been calorie counting using an app called LoseIt. However, due to poor self control and so much food noise, I always went over and eventually gave up.

I started zepbound two weeks ago and the noise was so much better and felt im in control again. I want to go back counting not only calories but also macros. I dont wanna overdo it as we all know its not always good to lose too much too quickly.

Previously, i had the app put how much calorie budget i have but i want to do it properly and safely.

I know some people use online TDEE calculator to figure out their calorie budget and some deduct 500 calories from the daily budget.

First question is, Is this a fix amount or is it based from some personal math?

Second question is, my app counts the calorie burned from working out (cardio, etc) and adds it towards the budget for the day. Should I not include the calories burned?

For example, if I have 2000 calorie budget per day according to TDEE online, and deduct 500 calories, I will have a 1500 daily budget. If I burned 300 calories from a work out, will I have 1800 calories to meet? Or ignore the burned calories and stick to 1500?

Lastly, do you update your calculators and TDEE data routinely like lets say every weigh in or stick with the numbers til you meet your goal weight?

Ive had the opportunity to play ZA first and now that im nearly done with the game story wise, which one should i get next?

Anyone purchased their gift cards, how long from purchase til receipt of email containing the gift cards? Ive ordered 9 hours ago and it said it will arrive within two hours. At 4 hours, I reached out to customer service and said it could be up to 24 hours which i have not read anywhere.

Its 9 hours now and still no email. Order still confirmed on Costco.

I just cant wait to get more games on sale! 😄

I got my Switch2 few days ago and its great. I still have my Procontroller 1 and it seems like i cant play my switch2 docked due to delay. Its noticeable that DK Bananza is not enjoyable. Portable play has no issues. I dont know if its the procontroller? Will the Procontroller 2 gonna be better? Or 8bitdo for less latency?

My tv isnt a smart tv so no option for game mode or anything. I didnt have noticeable issues with switch 1 docked mode in the past.

The said controller has updated software.

I really wanted to enjoy the games in docked mode but the delay is ruining it. 😞

Wife and I would like to go this route. We arent getting any younger and having a hard time getting pregnant. Im a nurse and will be moving to Cleveland next month then finding a place to work. Would like to work for an employer who would provide us the best and most economical benefits in trying to start a family.
