When I went back to have it corrected she said there was nothing wrong with it and Im just not used to it not being platinum blonde and it just needs more highlights. I had already asked my hairdresser friends in different city what she should do and it was supposed to be a zone tone? When I said this to her she said no because theres nothing wrong with it. I walked out of the salon and left a bad review then the manager contacted me accusing me of trying to sabotage their business with the bad review. I paid 420 for this mess and they are refusing to refund me.

Hair dresser has offered to correct my hair but said because its probably too dark for my liking. Like didnt acknowledged any of this mess. Should I trust her to fix it? Also I did not ask for ginger streaks, she recommended lowlights which I agreed to but this is the result

My hair is an absolute state which I paid a lot for, the same hair Stylist has offered to fix it but didnt take any accountability for how bad it is she just kept saying it was a misunderstanding of what I wanted. Would you trust this hair Stylist to redo it? Im thinking maybe I should ask for a refund and go somewhere else to have it fixed
